Graduates who hold a certification as a SUNDOOR Firewalk Instructor, SUNDOOR Advanced Firewalk Instructor or SUNDOOR Master,
can be listed on www.firewalkinstructors.com. They are given license
to post their personal information on the INSTRUCTORFINDER and events on the FIREWALKFINDER for promotional purposes
only. SUNDOOR takes no responsibility and assumes NO liability for any content on www.firewalkinstructors.com. SUNDOOR assumes
NO liability whatsoever for any actions, communications, workshops, seminars or other events organized and / or performed by its
instructors. SUNDOOR will NOT be liable for any damages of any kind arising from participating in its graduates' events,
whether or not promoted on the SUNDOOR web site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and
consequential damages. Any abuse of this service (spamming/invalid entries/misleading information etc.)
will result in an immediate revocal of your license and deletion of your posts without the right to a refund. SUNDOOR reserves the
right to refuse these services to its instructors as it sees fit.

RELEASE FORMS
Prior to participating in a SUNDOOR workshop, seminar or event, organizing a SUNDOOR workshop, seminar or event, or hiring SUNDOOR for a workshop,
seminar or event, it is mandatory to agree to SUNDOOR's Terms and Conditions and to sign release forms regarding:
- intellectual property
- photographic, video and audio material
- liability
Failure to comply to SUNDOOR's Terms and Conditions and/or failure to provide the mandatory signed releases may result in being
refused participation, or may result in cancellation of the workshop, seminar or event, without the right
to a refund.

PRICING POLICY
Prices and discounts for SUNDOOR workshops and events are determined by the local organizers in local currency and stated on
our website. Participants using our online payment facility will be charged in US dollars and conversion fees charged by your
bank may apply. SUNDOOR will periodically re-evaluate
the conversion rates and adjust the prices accordingly. SUNDOOR attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SUNDOOR does
not warrant that the workshop prices are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In case an error is discovered
SUNDOOR reserves the right to cancel any participation to its workshop(s) or event(s) until the correct payment has been made.
The party involved will be notified and given opportunity to be refunded or to make additional payments.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
When signing up for a SUNDOOR workshop or event you are liable to pay a set deposit to ensure your participation. The total sum
of the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payments up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop / event
Up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop / event payment of the set deposit is required to ensure participation.
In case of cancellation of participation by the third party (participant) up to 4 weeks prior to the
workshop or event the total sum of the deposit will be applicable to any other SUNDOOR workshop or event within a year of cancellation.
In case payment of the full workshop fee has been made the third party is entitled to a refund of the remaining balance minus additional transfer costs SUNDOOR may incur.
In case the total sum of the paid deposit exceeds any payment due for any other SUNDOOR workshop or event, the balance will NOT
be refunded but remains applicable to any other SUNDOOR workshop or event within that year. In case the total sum of the paid deposit
is less than the payment due for any other SUNDOOR workshop or event, additional payment for participation is required.
Payments between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop / event
Between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop / event payment of the set deposit is required to ensure participation. Payment of the final balance is required 2 weeks prior to the workshop / event.
In case of cancellation of participation by the third party within 4 weeks up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop or event, 50% of the deposit
will be applicable to any other SUNDOOR workshop or event within a year of cancellation. The remaining 50% of the deposit is considered null and void (no longer valid or enforcable).
In case payment of the full workshop fee has been made the third party is entitled to a refund of the remaining balance minus additional transfer costs SUNDOOR may incur.
In case the total sum of the 50% of the paid deposit exceeds any payment due for any other SUNDOOR workshop or event, the balance will NOT be refunded but remains applicable to any other SUNDOOR workshop
or event within that year. In case the total sum of the 50% of the paid deposit is less than the payment due for any other SUNDOOR workshop or event, additional payment for participation is required.
Payments 2 weeks prior to the workshop / event
2 weeks prior to the workshop / event payment of the final balance or payment of the full workshop fee is required to ensure participation.
In case of cancellation of participation by the third party within 2 weeks prior to the workshop or
event the total sum of the full workshop fee is considered null and void (no longer valid, refundable or enforcable).
In the event SUNDOOR cancels an event or workshop
SUNDOOR reserves the right to cancel events and workshops upto 1 week in advance. Third parties (participants) are entitled to a full refund of
the fee(s) paid to SUNDOOR in the event SUNDOOR cancels the event, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY SPITITUAL ADVENTURES
When signing up for a SUNDOOR Spiritual Adventures trip you are liable to pay a set deposit to ensure your participation. The total sum
of the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Payments
The total balance for the trip is due 8 weeks prior to the starting date. Failure to complete the final balance in time will result in your place being
forfit with no right to a refund of any payments made towards the trip.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation by the third party (participant) up until 12 weeks prior
to the starting date, the third party has the right to a refund of 75% of any additional payments made. The deposit is at all times NON-REFUNDABLE
and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
In case of cancellation by the third party (participant) between 12 weeks up to 8 weeks prior
to the starting date, the third party has the right to a refund of 50% of any additional payments made. The deposit is at all times NON-REFUNDABLE
and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
In case of cancellation by the third party (participant) within 8 weeks prior
to the starting date, the third party has no rights to a refund. The entire ammount of the deposit plus additional payments is considered null
and void (no longer valid, refundable or enforcable).
Disclaimer
In the event that Peggy Dylan, or any other advertised guide(s) to a SUNDOOR Spiritual Adventure, is/are not able to personally oversee and lead the
trip, SUNDOOR will send (a) qualified representative(s) to take her/his/their place and lead the group.
No financial claim can be made to incur SUNDOOR for alleged damages at any time should this occur.

REFUNDS
SUNDOOR only refunds workshop fees, or percentage of, to the third party according to its cancellation policy as stated above.
Bank transfer fees, Credit Card fees or any other fee the third party incurred in its payment transaction will not be refunded.
Travel costs or any other costs (like hotel reservations) incurred by the third party will not be refunded.

OTHER BUSINESSES
Parties other than SUNDOOR provide services or sell products through the SUNDOOR web site. For example, Cajun Sports supplies Certified
Firewalk Instructors with cedar practice arrows. SUNDOOR does not warrant the offerings of any of these businesses or
individuals. SUNDOOR does not assume any responsibility or liability for the services, actions and products of all of
these and any other third parties. Please be advised to review their terms and conditions.
